Meet the Mountain Realty Group

Craig and Laurie Pratt bring a strong entrepreneurial background to their real estate careers, having owned and operated small business in Augusta, Georgia for 20+ years.  Laurie earned her real estate license in 2019 and has continued to expand her expertise through multiple certified designations.  Recognizing the opportunity to grow their impact, she invited Craig to join her at Mountain Realty Group.  Together, they offer extensive knowledge in building and lot preparation - making them a valuable resource whether you're searching for the perfect turnkey home or the ideal mountain lot to build your dream retreat.  With Mountain Realty Group, you're in experienced and trusted hands.

We expanded our Team in 2026 with the addition of a Bryson City local (born and raised) when Kira Aytes joined Mountain Realty Group.  Kira has a lot of expertise in the Bryson City and immediate area as far as history, local happenings, etc.  She is a great asset to us and we are thrilled to be working with her.
